Cassidy Turley Northern California's roots date to its founding in 1981 as Blickman Turkus Commercial Real Estate, serving the Bay Area from one office in San Jose. Through steady growth and acquisition, the firm has become one of the most active commercial real estate services firms in Northern California.

In 1996, we acquired Damon Raike & Company. This firm was founded in San Francisco in 1959 and provided Cassidy Turley nearly a dozen agents who specialize in selling leased investment throughout the United States. Today this group makes up our Net Leased Investment Group, one of the most active groups of its kind in the United States.

In 1998, our retail real estate operation was merged with the well-regarded Terranomics Retail Services, and continues to dominate the leasing, sales and marketing of stores, shopping centers and malls throughout Northern California.

In 2003, BT entered the multi-family marketplace with the help of Ric Russell, a 25 year veteran of Marcus & Millichap and the former manager of their Palo Alto Office. Thanks to Ric’s leadership, Cassidy Turley now has over 20 agents focusing on multi-family investment sales.

In early 2005, we acquired NAI Sacramento to create a seamless service platform from the Pacific Coast to the Sierra Nevada mountains.

In fall 2005, we opened our Walnut Creek office and in fall 2008, we opened our Pleasanton office.

In 2010, we joined forces with other leading private commercial real estate firms to form a brand new real estate company, Cassidy Turley. Click Here to view the Cassidy Turley History Timeline.

Also in 2010, CPS CORFAC International and Cassidy Turley Northern California merged together, forming the largest commercial real estate firm in the Silicon Valley, Peninsula, and San Francisco markets.

In 2011, Los Altos-based Ron Labetich Company  joined Cassidy Turley, becoming it’s 15th office in Northern California. Also in 2011, Walnut Creek based MCC Realty brokerage division joined Cassidy Turley.
