Dave's experience in the commercial real estate business began in 1981 when he joined BT Commercial's San Jose office. While at BT Commercial, Dave participated in the sale and/or lease of over 3 Million square feet of office and industrial property and approximately 40 acres of land.
After fifteen successful years as a broker, Dave was involved in two start-up golf companies. Most recently he was Director of Northern California for Equipment Sales and Corporate Golf Outings, Inc.
In 2003 Dave started and launched a development company that bought and entitled over 300 acres of land for residential development. In the fall of 2008, Dave returned to his brokerage roots, joining the elite sales team at CPS.
