Accomplishments
Bob has over 30 years of business experience with two of the globe's best-known business brands. Prior to joining CPS, he was Corporate Director of Real Estate and Facilities for Solectron Corporation where he worked since 1991. At Solectron, Bob oversaw strategic planning, development, site construction expansions, asset management, property acquisitions and facilities management worldwide. At the time of his hiring, Solectron's annual sales were $236 million, with a facilities footprint of less than one million square feet. During his tenure, annual sales grew to 14.1 billion and Bob facilitated real estate growth to over 100 domestic and international locations and managed Solectron's 23.5 million square feet of commercial property.
Prior to Solectron, Bob was Facilities Manager with Conductus Inc., a leading provider of advanced wireless solutions. He started his career at IBM and for many years worked in various engineering and manufacturing jobs, including management positions.
To facilitate corporate real estate, Bob traveled extensively throughout the USA, North & South America, Asia and Europe. Bob is a Bay Area native from Hollister.
