Professional Expertise
Whitney Strotz is the Managing Partner for the Marin County team. He splits his time between directly serving the commercial real estate needs of clients and supporting the growth and production of the entire North Bay organization. Whitney began his career in commercial real estate when he joined Cassidy Turley in 2002. Prior to joining CT, Whitney had been involved in successful sales and marketing roles, starting with 7 years at consumer goods company Procter & Gamble, and then continuing at technology companies like Netcentives, Groundswell, and Quantumshift. Whitney has also been a successful entrepreneur, starting two companies. He joined Cassidy Turley after selling his most recent company, Race Time, LLC. Whitney was an NCAA Division I swimmer and captain of the water polo team.

While at Cassidy Turley, Whitney has consistently been recognized as one of the top performers in the North Bay office. He has been a leader in creating the Tenant Solutions practice, and received the North Bay award for most transactions completed in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2009, and 2010. In 2009 he was recognized as Company Wide Deal maker of the year for completing the most transactions in the company.

Currently representing Landlords in the marketing of over 1 Million Square Feet of office space for lease in Marin County.

Currently advising both large and small business owners on their real estate needs in Marin County and around the SF Bay Area.

Whitney lives in Tiburon with his wife and 2 daughters. He is involved in several community programs including Junior Achievement, serving on the Board of Directors for the Marin region in 2003.
