Professional Expertise
Bryan joined Cassidy Turley in 2009, focused on investment sales and full service tenant
and landlord representation. Before joining Cassidy Turley, Bryan worked in a number of roles as a private owner and
manager of commercial real estate. His experience managing a privately held real estate portfolio has
developed his expertise in investment strategy, leasing, contract negotiations, financing, and property
management.

Before pursuing a career in commercial real estate, Bryan enjoyed a nine year career in technical sales and
executive management in the semiconductor industry. In his last position as Vice President of Marketing for
Valin Corporation, he was a key member of the executive staff, responsible for strategic and operational
leadership of a business with over $100M in revenues and 125 employees. Responsibilities included
creating and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, development and integration of business
acquisitions, design and implementation of strategic pricing systems, and creating an online e-commerce
website.

Bryan lives with his wife and two children in San Anselmo. He completed the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon
and two Alcatraz Challenge open water swim races. He enjoys mountain biking, surfing, and fly fishing.
