Tom McGovern Joins CPS CORFAC International

August 17, 2007 - Santa Clara, Calif.- CPS CORFAC International President Sutton Roley announced that Tom McGovern, a top producing broker in the Silicon Valley, has joined the company as a senior vice president & principal. He was formerly a partner with Cresa Partners in San Jose.

Mr. McGovern specializes in providing corporate real estate advisory services. In recent years he led the real estate team advising Yahoo Inc. in the acquisition and management of more than 4 million square feet of office and research & development property glo bally. Other nota ble corporate relationships have included Covad, Raza Foundries, Silicon Graphics, Compuware and Lam Research.

"Tom is an excellent cultural fit at CPS and he will play an important roll in expanding our advisory services and corporate representation business," said Sutton Roley.

During his 22-year career in commercial real estate, Mr. McGovern has provided strategic planning, project management and portfolio management services to companies spanning a wide range of industries. He has also brokered the lease and sale of over 9 million square feet of commercial property representing in excess of $2 billion in total consideration. Earlier in his career, Tom was a senior manager in the real estate consulting practice at Ernst & Young. Tom is a graduate of San Diego State University and is a mem ber of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers.
