CPS CORFAC International Signs New Leases at Santa Clara Commerce Park
October 6, 2008 – Santa Clara, Calif. –CPS CORFAC International announced recently completed leases at Santa Clara Commerce Park in Santa Clara, a 251,413 square foot office/flex complex comprised of 11 buildings owned by PS Business Parks.
Recent transactions include a 7,262 square foot lease for Skyline Construction and a 7,000 square foot lease for Sonoa Systems. Both firms are expected to move in during the fourth quarter. CPS CORFAC International’s Mary Wadden, Scott Macdonald and Brian McClenahan represented PS Business Parks in the closed transactions.
The CPS team has completed 20 transactions since being awarded the marketing assignment earlier this year. Santa Clara Commerce Park was purchased by PS Business Parks from Commerce Communities in March of 2007 and since then has undergone extensive renovations including a new parking lot, new landscaping, exterior painting, complete interior renovations and the addition of an on-site leasing office and conference center.
