Top Five Producers for 2006

January 26, 2007 -- Santa Clara, Calif. - CPS/CORFAC International President and CEO Sutton Roley announced the company's top five producers of 2006 today, acknowledging Senior Vice President/Principal Steve Pace, Vice President Brandon Bain, Senior Vice President/Principal Dan Hollingsworth, Senior Vice President/Principal Erik Hallgrimson and Senior Vice President/Principal Steve Horton for their commercial real estate brokerage performance during the past calendar year.

Steve Pace has qualified as a CPS top five producer 13 of the past 14 years and has been CPS' number one salesperson for five consecutive years -- in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006. Last year Mr. Pace completed a phenomenal 77 lease and sale transactions totaling 5,064,058 square feet (3,256,803 square feet sold and 1,807,255 square feet leased) and a total consideration (deal value) of $332,839,000.

2006 marked Steve Horton's, sixth consecutive year in the CPS top five, going back to 2001, while Dan Hollingsworth has made the list four consecutive years since 2003. 2006 also signaled the emergence of a new generation of top-performing CPS brokers, with Brandon Bain and Erik Hallgrimson qualifying for the top five for the first time.
