CPS CORFAC International Names Gregory M. Davies Vice President Sales & Marketing

January 11, 2007 -- Santa Clara, Calif.- CPS CORFAC International, a leading Silicon Valley commercial real estate brokerage company, has named Gregory M. Davies Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Mr. Davies assumes the newly created position having previously served as an associate vice president at CPS.

Since joining CPS in 2002, Mr. Davies has sold and/or leased in excess of 2 million square feet of commercial property. Prior to joining CPS, Mr. Davies worked for Boston- based consulting firm Gomez Advisors, and earlier, with Walden Capital Management. Born in San Jose, Mr. Davies attended Bellarmine College Prep. and Brown University, where he was an All-Ivy and All-East Water Polo player. He is the son of co-founder S.
