CPS CORFAC International Awarded Listing Assignment of Two Prestigious Class A Office Buildings in Campbell, CA

February 14, 2008 – Santa Clara, Calif. –CPS CORFAC International's CEO S. Gregory Davies announced today that the company was awarded the listing and marketing assignment by Legacy Partners Commercial for two prestigious Class A office buildings located at 900-910 E. Hamilton Avenue.

Legacy Hamilton Plaza is comprised of two high-image six-story towers totaling 355,727 square feet. The buildings were constructed in 1988 and are currently approximately 81 percent occupied by multiple tenants. Foster City, California-based Legacy Partners acquired the properties on February 12, 2008 from Ohio State Teachers Retirement System for an undisclosed sum.

Visible from heavily trafficked Highway 17/880, and situated near the intersection of Hamilton and Bascom Avenues - one of the busiest intersections in Silicon Valley – the offices provide an unparalleled combination of location, image, and identity.

Overall for Silicon Valley, average rents for office/R&D rents for the same period were $1.57 per square foot per month, according to propriety research by the company.
